Join Steve Warren for Speedwork Tuesdays at 6:15
March through mid November (the Soldier Half/Full Marathon) we will meet at the Hardaway High Track.
March through August we will target 5K/10K Training.
After the Soldier Half/Full Marathon in November through February we will meet at the Lakebottom Track.
August through February we will target half and full marathon training.
The pace for track workouts will be based on each person’s current ability. All paces are welcomed to join.
We have expanded the pace chart for anything from a 20 minute to a 40 minute 5K pace, and we can extrapolate for anyone outside of this range.
