Join Steve Warren on Tuesdays @ 6:15 pm. (typically at Lakebottom Track, but watch our Facebook page, we try to post details each Monday/Tuesday)
We are focusing on 5K training. The 7th, 14th, and 21st of February will be hill repeats to get started. We will then start our track workouts.
The pace for track workouts will be based on each person’s current ability. All paces are welcomed to join.
We have expanded the pace chart for anything from a 20 minute to a 40 minute 5K pace, and we can extrapolate for anyone outside of this range.
